    Double Bevel Sharpened by Hand using the traditional Japanese method where the blade is sharpened and polished by hand in three stages.

    The elegant handle is made from burl wood and blue shining resin that contrasts really well with the wood colour . It is chemically stabilized which makes the wood tougher and super durable and less likely to warp or crack. 

    With its unique octagonal shape handle, each knife is different. The design of the handle makes it very comfortable to use with a non-slip grip.
